Enzo Ariano is a self-taught fashion designer, working almost exclusively for the label eriano. He is best known for his custom leather pieces for individual clients and his collaborations with other independent designers in the greater Phoenix area.
Enzo began designing in 2024 on his work with an independent curator for Arizona Fashion Week 2024, before shifting directions to primarily leatherwork under his label. Enzo’s debut collection is inspired by the “elevated leisure” taking over the West Coast and adjacent regions and history of the Sonoran Desert he grew up in, reworking these comfortable and light styles with leather. Through this he explores the unnoticed “branding” that clothing burns into its wearer, and he aims to emphasize the importance of association and identity in “hot iron,” showing 7 August 2026.
He pushes that clothes are meant to be appreciated not sitting comfortably in one’s closet, but in how they change, fade, and damage with consistent stressful wear.
